Founded in 2017, our mission is to promote health equity, empowering vulnerable youth to enhance their life trajectory by providing resources and experiences that cultivate optimal mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.  We value diversity and execute evidence-based programs, aimed at prevention and early intervention, with enthusiasm and compassion.

We partner with schools and organizations to engrain youth mental health programming that empowers youth to develop the skills necessary to manage stress and life challenges with self-care and self-compassion, foster community connections, and normalize conversations about mental health.
